تأسس بنك قطر الوطني، (مجموعة بنك قطر الوطني)، (بالإنجليزية: QNB Group)، في عام 1964، كأول بنك تجاري قطري، يتقاسم ملكيته جهاز قطر للاستثمار بنسبة %50 والقطاع الخاص بنسبة الـ %50 الباقية و هذا بمرسوم رقم (7) لسنة 1964 بتأسيس شركة مساهمة قطرية باسم بنك قطر الوطني.
حافظ QNB على تصنيف ائتماني مرتفع يعتبر ضمن الأعلى في المنطقة طبقا لعدد من وكالات التصنيف العالمية الرائدة مثل “ستاندرد آند بورز” (A)، و”موديز” (Aa3)، و”فيتش” (A+)، كما حاز البنك على جوائز عديدة من قبل كثير من الإصدارات المالية العالمية المتخصصة.
كما تقدم المجموعة من الخدمات المصرفية الاستثمارية من خلال شركتها التابعة QNB كابيتال للشركات والجهات الحكومية والمؤسسات في قطر والخارج. وتضم QNB كابيتال فريق عمل متخصص ذو خبرة واسعة يعتبر من بين الأفضل في المنطقة في العمليات المصرفية للشركات والخدمات الاستشارية، بما في ذلك استشارات عمليات الاندماج والاستحواذ، وأسواق الأسهم والسندات، واستشارات تمويل المشاريع، كما تقدم المجموعة خدمات الوساطة المالية عن طريق QNB للخدمات المالية (QNB FS)، وهي شركة تابعة وأول شركة مستقلة ومتخصصة بالوساطة المالية مرخص لها يطلقها بنك في دولة قطر. وتقدم QNB للخدمات المالية منصة تداول في أسواق متعددة وعملات متنوعة.
تتواجد مجموعة QNB حاليا في أكثر من 31 بلداً وثلاث قارات حول العالم، حيث تقدم أحدث الخدمات المصرفية لعملائها. ويعمل في المجموعة ما يزيد عن 29,000 موظف في أكثر من 1,200 فرعا ومكتبا تمثيليا، بالإضافة إلى شبكة واسعة من أجهزة الصراف الآلي تزيد عن 4,300 جهاز.
للتسعة أشهر المنتهية في 30 سبتمبر 2020، بلغ صافي الربح 9,5 مليار ريال قطري ( 2,6 مليار دولار أمريكي). كما ارتفع إجمالي الموجودات بنسبة 8% منذ 30 سبتمبر 2019 ليصل إلى 986 مليار ريال قطري (271 مليار دولار أمريكي)
في 2016، استحوذت المجموعة على حصة بنسبة 99.88% في “فاينانس بنك” التركي (حاليا QNB فاينانس بنك)، خامس أكبر بنك مملوك للقطاع الخاص. وكانت المجموعة قد استكملت في عام 2013 عملية الاستحواذ على حصة مسيطرة بنسبة 95% في ثاني أكبر بنك في جمهورية مصر العربية، وهو QNB الأهلي (QNB AA)، كما عززت مجموعة QNB تواجدها الإقليمي من خلال الاستحواذ على حصص في عدد من المؤسسات المالية من بينها نسبة 20% فيEcobank Transnational Incorporated (Ecobank)، أحد أكبر وأهم البنوك في قارة إفريقيا، و نسبة 35% من بنك الإسكان للتجارة والتمويل و مقره الأردن، و 40% من البنك التجاري الدولي ومقره دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وعلى نسبة 99.99% من QNB – تونس، و 54% من مصرف المنصور العراقي، ونسبة 20% من شركة الجزيرة للتمويل بالدوحة. كما تمتلك مجموعة QNB حصة 51% في QNB – سوريا، وحصة 92% من QNB إندونيسيا.

1 -Business Analytics & Data Sciences Senior Executive
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate with various owners within the bank for raw data collections necessary to support the required analysis either (Quantitative or Qualitative) data & liaise with the IT partners for building the different data marts & Bank pool database
Prepare the data mining & variable analysis on the raw data collected from different domains of the bank in order to provide the different analytics insights.
Use the Qualitative & Quantitative data to analyze different commercial & business objective moving from the normal Descriptive Analysis to Predictive analysis.
Analyze “QNBAA internal Structured or unstructured Data to detect different patterns, growth trends, Customer behavior and/or operational efficiency.
Responsible to prepare & provide the various monthly analytics reports & analytics visualization highlighting the possible effect on the bank performance indicators & different business opportunities
Utilize & analyze internal and external data (quantitative or qualitative) to support fact-based decisionmaking while using the drill down analysis moving towards the forecasting – prediction analysis while providing the analytics insights & recommendation.
Identify the needed reports from the bank’s internal sources: OFSA, workflow, scoring system, Delta (Oracle), Contact Center, ATM Data, POS & Operation data, etc.
Based on data Analytics, drive fresh initiatives & recommendations ensuring to be aligned with the bank vision/strategic orientation.
Work closely with Technical Management Division to build the back-bone of the Bank data.
Monitor & follow up on the initiative’s implementation & execution.
Present the insights on the risks and opportunities to the Head of Business Operational Analytics.
Analyze the root cause of any major changes to complement the full picture with the quantitative figures Analysis.
Ensure the correct adoption of policies and procedures in order to guarantee that the bank business is conducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal Rules and Regulations, as well as, International Standards.
Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance and Money Laundering, Operational Risk, and Workplace Success Guidelines whenever and wherever possible.
Job Specifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Business Administration, Economics or Accounting or Finance.
Experience:
Min. of 4 years of experience in the same or related fields for Business Analytics & Data Sciences Senior Executive.

Strong analytical background
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with an ability to thrive under pressure

Department: Act as a primary contact point for QNBAA clients/nonclients. Answer incoming calls received, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, identify significant customer service problems, and provide general information.
Person: Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Commerce
Experience:
2 years of experience in the related field
Handling Skills and Customer Oriented Attitude
Excellent Interpersonal & selling skills
High communication skills, especially verbal
Ability to work under pressure & shifts basis
Good knowledge of computer and telephony Environment Fluency in Arabic and English written/spoken
